    Record yourself, speaking naturally to the camera, telling us why you genuinely believe you're in the top 1%. One minute, no more.

    Speak from the heart. Do not read off a script, it's always obvious, and we skip those applications without a second thought. We're not grading your accent or your camera. We're listening for someone real, sharp, and quietly confident. If it doesn't come naturally, this probably isn't the right fit, and that's okay.

    A little proof: your portfolio

    Attach or link a few examples of work that show you're the real deal: a process you built, a project you ran, designs, writing, a dashboard, results you drove, whatever best demonstrates that you operate above the pack. Quality over quantity. Two great things beat ten average ones.
