Our virtual assistants are located throughout the Philippines, which means there is only a maximum of 3 hours time difference at any point in time. Depending on your requirements, our VAs are available to work your preferred business hours.

In addition to this, our VAs are available to work through public holidays if preferred. They may request a day or two off for their own public holidays or cultural reasons, however this is only with your approval.

In summary, you only pay for the time your VA is actually working.

The cost of a virtual assistant varies greatly depending on a combination of factors - the desired skill or education level, years of experience and how many hours you require their services. Our pricing starts from as little as AUD $12/hr.

As an agency, we offer many benefits over hiring a VA directly:

Hiring an offshore VA can be an extremely time-consuming process if you’re not experienced. Given the competitive nature and demand for virtual assistant jobs in the Philippines, one role could get up to 300 applicants! This means precious time spent screening, reviewing CVs, shortlisting and interviewing and endless number of candidates instead of focusing on your business.

2) Value for money
We include a small commission on top of your VA’s salary or hourly rate to ensure you are continually receiving value for your money. Due to the nature of remote work, unfortunately businesses risk being taken advantage of through inefficient outputs. We use programs to routinely track our VAs productivity to ensure they are focused, motivated and being paid appropriately - this is shown to increase productivity by up to 80%!

We will assist with onboarding your virtual assistant and ensuring the necessary employment forms and documentation are completed, this includes a MSA between you, us and your new VA to ensure a smooth relationship between everyone involved.

Once onboarded, your new VA should have all the necessary skills and experience to hit the ground running! To keep your costs low, we request you provide any necessary training (like you would with any employee) to ensure your VA has a chance to succeed and flourish in their new role.
