Our virtual assistants are located throughout the Philippines, which means there is only a maximum of 3 hours time difference at any point in time. Depending on your requirements, our VAs are available to work your preferred business hours.
In addition to this, our VAs are available to work through public holidays if preferred. They may request a day or two off for their own public holidays or cultural reasons, however this is only with your approval.
In summary, you only pay for the time your VA is actually working.

We will assist with onboarding your virtual assistant and ensuring the necessary employment forms and documentation are completed, this includes a MSA between you, us and your new VA to ensure a smooth relationship between everyone involved.
Once onboarded, your new VA should have all the necessary skills and experience to hit the ground running! To keep your costs low, we request you provide any necessary training (like you would with any employee) to ensure your VA has a chance to succeed and flourish in their new role.
