A $500 refundable deposit secures your search and goes towards your first invoice.

Step 2:
Sit back & relax

Our team will kick off the search for your new virtual assistant - this includes listing your job on various platforms, reviewing 100+ CVs, screening applications and interviewing candidates. This is the most time-consuming part of the process, so let us handle this for you (but don’t worry, you’ll still get the final say).

Step 3:
Review & make an offer

Once satisfied with the talent, we will present up to 5 suitable candidates for your final interview and feedback. This process repeats and continues until we find your perfect match.

When you’re ready to make an offer, we’ll assist with salary negotiations and candidate engagement for a smooth transition.

Step 4:
Enjoy the instant relief

Congratulations, you’ve officially hired your newest (virtual) team member!

Like you would with any new hire, complete the necessary onboarding and training for the role. If you’re not satisfied with the work quality within the first 30 days, we will switch out your .VA or resume the hiring process - no questions asked!
